I was tasked with redesigning the NuFACE Homepage for better customer engagement. In my design I brought the top claims up top along with real before and after results. The following section gives the customer a better understanding of the device itself with a short description of microcurrent. Bringing FAQs to the forefront as well providing more information. We did an A/B test of the previous homepage vs the newly updated page and the updated page generated more click thrus and engagement.
THE RESULTS: The homepage experiment drove a (+20%) lift across all devices, improving initial engagement and downstream conversion. The new site launched at the start of Black Friday/Cyber Monday. On DAY 1 there was a (3%) Conversion Rate. By DAY 4 New Customer ROAS were ($2.87) on target. By DAY 7 conversion was steady at (2.34%).

PDP REDESIGN: This redesign helped increase customer engagement and conversion. Bringing more information to the forefront of design and above the fold. Customers are able to see UGC Content right away and view real results. Top 3 main ingredients used in skincare products. How to videos with step by step instructions. Followed by a Complete Your Routine section that not only shows what step in the routine your on with the particular product but encourages upsale in other NuFACE products.
THE RESULTS: The PDP tests resulted in a (+17%) lift overall, with a (+47%) increase on desktop and (+9%) on mobile, demonstrating the compounding impact of continuous optimization. UGC placement test, resulted in a (+7%) lift overall, with stronger performance on desktop (+12%) and meaningful gains on mobile (+4%).

A big launch campaign for NuFACE celebrating their 20 Year Anniversary and #1 Facial Device in the US. The campaign was centered around NuFACE's Award Winning Microcurrent Technology and longevity. Below is the full Figma board with all original design assets. The campaign consisted of Homepage Banners, Landing Pages, APP refreshes, Paid ADs, Emails, Amazon Content & PDP imagery across all retail platforms.
